Hep B carrier want to enter China, ok?

Hi I am a filipina married to an American citizen. He is now working in China as a teacher. I am planning to join him soon. But I'm a hepatitis B carrier. Whould it forbid me to get a visa to enter China? I am a carrier but my liver is healthy and is in normal condition. Please help. My husband got a 2 yr contract and it will be a long time to be apart if I can't get into China. Hope to hear answers soon. Thank you very much!
