What is the best way to go this hotel Ibis Xi'an Heping 59 Heping Road (Heping Lu)

This is for two adults and two children. Is it easier to take local transportation versus a cab? What is the cost benefit between the two

Upon landing, you can take airport shuttle bus line 3 to get to City Railway Station first. It takes around an hour. And the ticket fare is CNY 25 per person.
After arriving, you can take a taxi to get to the hotel. The fare is CNY 10 to 20 in the day time.

If taking a taxi from the airport directly, the fare is about 120 in the day time.
