I am a Filipina living in Japan and I want to travel to Philippine and my transit it's in Shanghai less then eight hours . Do I need visa ?Thank you ...

If so, it is not needed. If you want to leave the airport, you can apply for a stay permit in the airport to leave. If you do not have plans to wander around, nothing is required to stay in the airport.
