what's the best mode of transport from hong kong airport to embassy hotel service apartment? Fare?

You can take the bus E23 from the airport and get off at the Chi Wo Street, Jordan Road. Then you can walk about 250 meters to your hotel. The bus fare is HKD 18.1

You can take shuttle bus no. A22 and get off at Chi Wo Street, Jordan Road. Then it is very close to your destination. It takes around 35min and the bus fare is 39HKD.
Or take Airport Express train to Kowloon station and then transfer to free shuttle bus line K1. You need to get off at Jordan Road. Then you can walk to your destination within 200m. The fare is 90HKD.0
