About:Embassy & Consulates of Singapore in China

Visa to Singapore for U.S passport?

I am holding a US passport and I am currently in Beijing, China. Do I need one if I wanted to visit Singapore for touring? If I need one, how long does it take to get it?

If you just go there for tour, it is not needed. You can enter Singapore with your valid passport and round trip tickets to that country.
