If you have many luggage and they are heavy, you can take a taxi for a direct travel. The fare is almost CNY200. Or you can walk around 10min (taxi is needed if there are too many luggages) to Hongqiao Airport, where take shuttle bus line 1. It will directly take you to PVG in an hour or a little longer. The bus fare is CNY30 by the way.
