About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

Business Visa for re-entering China

I currently have a Business M that Before Entry Jan22. Can I enter China the 10th of December and stay the 90 days I'm allowed? Or do I need to leave china the day

Your date of Before Entry is on Jan 22, 2014?
If so, you cannot use it to enter China in December, since your current one has already expired.
If that date is Jan 22, 2015, you can enter on Dec 10 and stay for a period within your stay of duration. If your stay of duration is 90 days, you can stay that long, otherwise, you cannot stay that long.
