About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

I got Job offer from 2 companies ? Can one company blacklist me

I sign a contract with one company but he didn't provide me work visa on time. In meanwhile other company offer me job offer so i signed contract with them and he provide me work permit and invitation letter. Now i enter china but my first company forcing me to come to their city otherwise they will blacklist me. I want to know Can they blacklist me or it's just a threat ?

Personally speaking, it is a threat. There is no news in China that a company can blacklist a foreign employee.
Since you have a contract with them, it is suggested to cancel that contract as soon as possible to avoid troubles.

Thanks for your reply. He told me he applied for my work permit in Guiyang (but he didn't get till now) so if i didn't come there government will put my name in blacklist. So what i do now as i join my new job in shandong province.

Ask your new work to help you, as they will want to keep you with them
