You can follow the route below:
Venetian -- Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro –Senado Square -- Ruins of Saint Paul's -- Rua do Cunha
Transportation:
In front of the Venetain door, you can take the bus 26 A to Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro, and you can visit the senado square there. Then you can walk to the Ruins of Saint Paul's, about 10 mins walking distance. Afterwards, you can take the bus 33 to Rua do Cunha, for there are many delicious food you can enjoy there.

For activities, I suggest you enjoy the casino at the Venetian and the performances in the City of Dreams. And for the places of interest, you should not miss the Senado Square, Ruins of St. Pauls and Monte Fort. If time permits, A-ma Temple is also recommended to take a visit.0
