Can my soon-to-be filipino wife come over to China on a dependent visa?

I'm from the US and my fiance is from Philippines. We met here in China. She'll return to Philippines for now. After we marry in her country, we plan for her to join me here in China again. Is it possible that she uses her Filipino passport (using my surname) and our marriage certificate, that she is able to get a dependent one to re-enter to China? The reason for her using the Filipino passport is because we will start her US citizenship/green-card process here in China. I would stay here working while the paperwork process is complete for both of us to go to the US together.

You are working in China, right?
If so, she can apply for a S1 in Philippine to stay for a long time to in China. Her Philippine should be used for application.

Yes, we are both in China at the moment. What is the S1 type?

Well, S1 functions as the dependent type you referred. In order to acquire it, your wife should provide her passport, application form, a recent six-month passport photo, your invitation letter, copies of your passport and temporary residence permit and your marriage certificate.
