About:Huangshan Travel

We plan to go to Huangshan from Hangzhou

Could you tell me the detail :
- how to go to Tangkou by bus from Hangzhou Airport?
- What is the bus number and how much? Any schedule?
- From Tangkou to the mountain what should we take?
- In the mountain, half day is enough or not?
- From Mountain to Xidi and Hongchun Village, any recommend transportation mode and how much?
- From Hongchun to Tunxi, any recommend transportation mode and how much?

Sorry i ask plenty of question. Hopefully somebody can help me.

I’m afraid there is no direct bus from the airport to the destination. You can take the airport shuttle bus directly to Hangzhou Wes Bus Station , where you can take the bus to mountain.

The bus schedule is 08:00, 09:50, 10:50, 12:40 and 15:10. The bus will get you to Tangkou, which is right at the foot of the mountain, so you can just walk to the mountain.

Personally speaking, half day is not enough, one day is ok. It will not be so tight and exhausting.

When you tour the mountain, you can stay in Tangkou, where have buses to Xidi and Hongcun village. If you cannot catch that, you can hire a car, and the fare is about CNY100 for a single trip.

At the gate of Hongcun, there are tourist buses to Tunxi Long-distance Bus Station. The bus fare is about CNY15.
