About:Hong Kong Visa Application
3 Indians are visiting Hong Kong as tourists for 5 days, do we need to apply for tourist visa?

The tourist type is not needed for you will stay in HK for around 5 days. Indian people will enjoy a 14-day free-entry policy for entering HK.
