travel macau hkg and shenzhen

i will arrive macau 24 sept, and go to hongkong on 25-27 sept, 28 sept go to shenzhen return on the same day and 29 sept go to airport for return.

pls advise the efficient way for the transport?

i would like to buy AE Travel Pass at $220 is valid for one single journey on AE and 3 consecutive days of unlimited travels on MTR, but i confused whether it can be used for 25-27 sept for unlimited travels on mtr and 29 sept i used the single journey on AE?
for shenzhen i think should buy another card package of tourist cross boundary travel pass 1 day hkd 85?
