What is the temperature in September in Changchun? Is vegetarian food easily available? Thanks

For the whole month, the temperature would range from 10℃ to 25℃, so large temperature gap.
The vegetarian food is not that common, but there are still several restos in the city like the one at no. 458, Damalu, Nanguan District. Recently, a vege. resto opens and all people can have vege. food for free. It is named Yu Hua Zhai near the local Confucious Temple.1
