Thanks Boyd. U needed details on the type of course.the course is a career training course Which I applied for ,and was accepted. It's meant to be a month training course in Shanghai. The course is operated by a training institute in China after the course,I intend to stay back in PRC and tour around Shanghai,get to immerse with the people and their culture.

Then you should apply for a F type. You should prepared your passport, completed application form, a recent passport photo and the invitation letter fom the sponor of the training course.
