About:How to Apply for a China Visa

overstayed for two years from philippines

Hello Sir,
This is Thousif., I recently went to China for Internship and fell in love with a girl. and came to know that she came for a L type only and had ben overstaying in Xiamen for last 2 years.

I donot want her to get in trouble and so i wish to help her financially. about 10-15k yuan. Can you please advise what is the best way to do? Do i need to go to the Exit and Entry Adminsitration directly for applying the exit visa or will she be jailed? is there any agencies wch could help us process it smoother?

You earliest reply is well appreciated. I am leaving to China on 25th. Pls advise me. We need your help.

Thousif, she has overstayed too long. I think she should report herself to the local police bureau as soon as she can. I guess she will be fined and deported from China.

Dear Mia,
Thank you so much for your reply and assistance. I will therefor take her to the exit entry administration and shall try convincing them for her departure from china by paying her the fine. Hope everything goes well. Pls include us in ur prayers. No matter wat,I need to do my best to send her home.. I love her. She doesn't deserve to be here..this way.. I feel bad..
