About:Guangzhou Transportation by Air

Arriving from Hong Kong to Guangzhou - Train or flight better

I'll be coming from Hong Kong to GZ (around Beijing Lu area). Is it better to take the train to East Railway station or fly to Baiyun airport?

Taking the train is better, for the GZ East Railway Station is much nearer to Beijing Road, about 10km.

Upon reaching the east railway station, you can take the subway line 1 and get off at the Dongshankou Station. Then transfer to line 6 to reach Beijing Road.
