what type of visa will i be needing to china for a month course?

Hi, I was accepted onto a training course in China for one month,aside that, I do wish to tour China for few weeks or a month after my training. What type will I be needing for this,and what are the requirement?Thanks.

What kind of courses do you attend? If it is a course organized by companies or some business institutions you can try to apply for a F type. If the course are provided by some education institutions, you can apply for a X type. If you can tell me more information about your courses, I may tell you in details about the requirements.
