Conflicted with needing a new job

I’m having a hard time at my current job and am looking to change jobs/company. I’m just nervous because the prediction chart says not to change jobs but I’m in a toxic work environment right now. Please help. B. May 28, 1984

If you feel unhappy at the current company, just change it. A happy moods helps do a good job.
