About:China Visa Fees

overstayed in china for two years from philippines

Hello Sir,

This is Thousif., I recently went to China for Internship and fell in love with a girl. and came to know that she had ben overstaying in Xiamen, China for last 2 years.

I donot want her to get in trouble and so i wish to help her financially. about 10-15k yuan. Can you please advise what is the best way to do? Do i need to go to the Exit and Entry Adminsitration directly for applying the exit visa or will she be jailed? is there any agencies wch could help us process it smoother?

You earliest reply is well appreciated. I am leaving to China on 25th. Pls advise me. We need your help.

The only method to go to the Xiamen Exit-Entry Adminstration Bureau as soon as possible. Since she already overstayed for two years, it is hard to tell whether she will be jailed or not. From most cases I know, if she can pay for the fine, she can go back home in the end. At most, she needs to pay 10,000RMB as the fine.
For details, you two still need to go to the local Exit-Entry Adminstration Bureau for asking.

Above Well noted. Thank you so much for your assistance. I shall forward this case to Exit and Entry bureau of Administration in Xiamen. Can you please provide me the Full style of the Bereau? Bcoz I checked on internet, Couldnt find the exact address. Do they work on all Working days? nce again. Thank you so much for your valued Information.

The address is No. 64, Zhenhai Road, Siming District. They open from Monday to Friday.

..hello..if she will be jailed , how many days before she can gets home?.. just in case she cant pay the penalty?
