Transit visa for Hong Kong if I have Nepail passport

I hold Permanent Residence Card of Canada, with a valid Nepali Passport. I want to stop over for 4 days in Hong Kong on my way from Canada to Nepal via Hong Kong. Do I get 'Visa on Arrival' at Hong kong airport?
