Canadian in Japan need to apply visa through agency.

Hi,

I'm a Canadian currently working in Aichi, Japan. I'd like to visit China on a tourist visa for perhaps a month or so. Just to confirm, I must go through an agency to apply for it?

Yes, you need to apply for through a local tour agency since you are working in Japan.
