taipa starting point to visit Macau

We are taking a turbojet ferry to taipa. we want to visit the st. paul ruins, senado square, macau tower, and then the rest of the day around the cotai area(venetian, etc). what is the best way to visit these areas and still get back to the ferry in time. we leave hk at 7:30am and the return ticket to hk is at 4:30. thanks!
