About:China Work Visa

z type work visa to be applied only from home country ??

Can a tourist or a business visa be changed to z type without having to apply from/go back to home country? I am from India.

If you want to change it in China on your own, it is impossible to do it. You can get a work permit in China, but you still need to go back to your country for applying Z type.

If you do not want to get out of China to apply, you may try to find some agency and they may help you to get one in China, but the fee will be high.
