G Transit Visa: Application from Korea

I'm an American living in Korea. It seems I need a transit G type for China. Is it possible for me to apply from inside of Korea. I'm leaving in 2 weeks. I have an ARC but under 6 months left.

It may not be possible, since your ARC is under 6 monthes. But it is still suggested to find a local tour agency or go to the embassy directly for asking.
