About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

We are british citizens living in Spain what is the easiest way to obtain a Chinese visa

Since you live in Spain for a long time, do you have a long-term residence permit for living in Spain?
If so, you can take it to apply through the CVASC in Madrid in Spain.
