How to collect the passport

Good after noon. I have submitted my passport on Aug 08 in person & the passport collection date was Aug 13. The pick up form no is 27654370. due to present situation how can I get my passport. Cold you pl send it on my house address by DHL. Pl answer

The embassy won't send it to your home . You should go to the embassy and pick it up on your own with your receipt.
