how do i transfer my china work visa from an old passport to the new one?

I am a Singaporean passport holder and currently holds a Chinese Z type valid until March 2015.  I am renewing my Singapore passport and would like to know how I can transfer the Z type to my new passport.

It is almost impossble to transfer your Z type to the new passport.You may need to take your old passport when traveling or for other purposes when your Z type is needed before it expires.
