czech guy want to visit china from new zealand

Question

Hi there,I would like to visit China for few days on my way back to Czech republic from New Zealand. Now I am in Christchurch, and guy at China embassy told me that i need to deal with embassy in Wellington becouse i dont have NZ passport. So, can I send my application with copied passport and all this stuff what i need for get a visa to Wellingtom by post?? Martin, Chinese embassies and consulates don't accept mail application. You'd better visit the embassy and submit your application on your own.
