About:Hong Kong Travel

I have 2 sons aged 17 and 15 - are they allowed entry to The Happy Valley Racecourse in Hong Kong ?

In the recent years, it is allowed to take teenagers under 18 years old into the reacecourse, but I heard you have to inform the authority in advance. And they are not allowed to get to the lottery area.
