I'm afraid there is no direct transportation, so transfer is needed. U can take a shuttle bus or taxi from Jiuzhaigou scenic area to Jiuzhaigou Airport, where you can take a plane to Changsha. Upon getting there, take airport shuttle bus to Changsha West Bus Station. There you can take a direct bus to ZJJ then.
