Guangzhou to Hong Kong

I want to go from Guangzhou to Hong Kong is there a direct train? And from which station in Guangzhou ? And is there specific dates and hours or no ?

yes, there are.
you can find them at Guangzhou East Railway Station.
the trains run hourly from 8am to 9pm everyday, and it takes about 2 hours on the way.
