I plan to travel to Hong Kong. I want to go to Beijing from there (I have a visa), return to Hong Kong and back to India. All within 14 days of visa free entry. Can I enter HK from mainland on visa free again?

You cannot do that. For entering China, you need to apply for a seperate visa.

If you have valid document to enter mainland China, I think you can do your trips. You needn't apply one for HK because you enjoy 14 hours free stay there. Your single entry is used when entering mainland China. However, you are not required one to enter HK from mainland China.
