I'm staying in China from a month. I'm here on S2 with single entry. Now because of some urgency I need to visit my home country and return back to China. I wish to know if I  can increase the number of entries of my S2 in China itself and go to my home country and return to China or not.

According to the laws, increasing the entry number in China, but you can only extend your staying within China. Once you get out of China, your S2 will be invalid. You need to get a new for going back to China.
