Airline recommended, fare, stay in a low charge hotel for a week, for business.

Take a flight from Seattle to Beijing first with Hainan Airlines and then you can change to another plane to SY with Air China. It is hard to tell the air ticket fare, because it varies from time to time. You can check the fee according to your departure date on the flight page in this website.

I suggest you stay in a chain hotel or inn in that city for low price, such as Jinjiang Inn.
