About:China Postal Service

my parcel is saying Null in status and CAN in location. Has anyone any idea what it means?

Sue, the status means that your parcel was sent to you on August 2. CAN is the code for Baiyun Airport. Null shows because China Post can't provide further updates after your parcel left China.
