About:China Postal Service

Location PEK? Status NULL? help?!My item number is RB031421887CN.

I ordered something from China and have been tracking it online. Now it is saying the location is PEK and status NULL. Can anyone help? And how long should my parcel take to arrive in Canada?

It was ready for transporting on May 10 from Beijing airport, so I think it is on the way to its destination country. You can wait for some time patiently.

Hi, My parcel is with PEK NULL status since 30th of June. Is 15day now and it didnt change the status. I am checking it also in the country but it returns that for that tracking no there are no info. Please help.

I searched and just found the information updated till Jun. 14, when your package was delivered to Beijing Capital Airport. It must be on the way to the destination country or has been at your country customs. Be patient and you will get it soon.

I just track it for you that it was delivered to Beijing Capital Airport (PEK) for customs check. By now, it should have been overseas, heading for the destination. Don't worry!

Also I have a question about the destination code. It is LT (Lithuania?) but my shipping address is Estonia (EE?). Does the code LT shows something else?

Same thing here. Ordered something on November 6th & my parcel's status is being NULL - PEK for already a week now (since 13/11/2013 - last info update). I paid for express shipping & 5 days ago i got that payment back as a refund for not being able to deliver it on time, but no further info was given though. The item's tracking number is RC015279745CN. Could you please help??

Yes, it refers to Lithuania.
It may be posted to a wrong country. So the package should have been returned to the sender. You'd better consult the sender immediately.

It was posted on Nov. 30 as I know. Generally, it takes around 20 days for a small parcel and around 30 days for a large package delivered to Sweden. Whatever it is, you will have a chance to get it before Christmas.

Hello everybody, I would like to share my experience for your peace of mind. My package took 39 days to arrive from China to Brazil and the tracking status stayed Null from Nov.12 until Dec.17 when it was finally delivered at my home. There where no tracking status in between unlike other times when I was able to track it down step by step. I hope this information will help you people, just a little patience, yeah, yeah...

As I know, a package would be sent overseas within a week after it was delivered to an airport. Therefore, your parcel should have left China by now. Just wait and it will arrive soon.

It takes much longer time since your package was sent to NG in Africa. If you are worried about it, you might go to the local post office for a check. If they told you it didn't come, then you might contact the sender and let him/her call China Post.

Once the item are sent to the destination country. The status will not be updated on china post. You need to track your order from your local Post service.

Like i order from china post and i m from Pakistan. My tracking no. is RC070098267CN. My status on china post is NULL and Location is PEK. Now i tracked my order from my local POST service i.e. www.pakpost.gov.pk and it gave me latest statuses about my package.

For Mia, your parcel is normal now. NULL refers to that on Feb. 26, it was transpored to Beijing Capital Airport, PEK for customs check. After that, it would be sent overseas. Therefore, it should have been on the way to your country now. Just wait!

It doesn't mean that your package was stuck. It means your package left Beijing for SE on Mar. 4. After it left PRC, no more tracking information will be shown. So I think you should visit the post office in your city frequently to check whether your package arrives.

Your parcel wasn't sent via China Post Air Mail. It was shipped from Beijing to CA on May 10. I think you need to wait for long for its arrival because it takes much longer time by shipping.

Your package is in Beijing Airport on 03 April 2014. So, it should arrive within 10days. Usually, my package arrives to myanmar within 10days after delivery to airport. I don't know how long it will take to arrive your destination. Also you should check at your custom office. China post usually doesn't offer door-to-door service. You will have to go pick at office. For your information, my package RC238157493CN is also in the same status(Delivery to Beijing airport on 4th April 2014). I'll let you know when my package arrives.

The last status on Dec 8 is "delivered to the Beijing airport". It is in normal transitting and it is waiting a flight to your country or already on the way to you. So take it easy.

Your parcel wasn't sent via China Post. So it's impossible to find any tracking information in China Post's tracking system. Please ask your sender how to track your parcel.

It means that your parcel was collected by local post office. But it wasn't transferred to next destination.
