What are the CURRENT prices of the Li River cruise from Guilin to Yangshou??

I am hearing prices from 270-420 CNY. Big difference. My hotel has a package on a deluxe English cruise for 420 and it includes a bus ride to the boat.
I want the cheap one. Chinese is fine as I will be looking, not listening.
How can I arrange a cheap one in ADVANCE??
Also, is there a bus to take me to the boat or is it just the overpriced taxi??
Any help will be appreciated especially details.
I need to know how to book a cheap cruise in advance and where and when to catch the bus (if there is one) and the price of it. And would I need reservations for the bus?
