Unless your green card is expired or anything gets complicated with your permanent residence status, you will need to visit the nearest Chinese consulate/embassy. They will authorize your visa. There is no VOA nor free-entry to China for either green card or Philippines passports.

Do not show your green card in China as it is useless. Only upon reentering the United States you will need to present both your green card and your Philippines passport.
