About:China Visa Application in UK

I am a brit pasport holder i also have a Pakistani passport can i get the visa on the Pak passport

and use that to get it stamped even though i am flying with the Brit passport and show Pak passport on entry to China?

You cannot use Pak passport to apply and then use Bri passport to take flight. You need to use the same one for application, boarding the flight and entering China.
