Bus/ train from yangshuo to zhangjiajie

Hi there,
What is the best way to vo from Yangshuo to ZJJ? Is it better with train or bus? (Need to know which is more simple with less stops)

You can take a bus from Yangshuo to Guilin first. Then I remember there is a direct long-distance bus at Guilin Bus Station to ZJJ every day. It leaves at 19:00 and the bus fare is around 160RMB per person. I took that in 2010. To confirm the bus still exists, you'd better consult the bus station directly.

We are also traveling from Yangshuo to ZJJ. We found your post really helpful. Do you know any website we can check bus time? Will it still be running from Guilin or Yangshuo to ZJJ? Please advice?

The distance is about 435 miles (700 km). I am afraid that no direct bus is available. You may take a bus to Guilin Airport from Yangshuo (about 1.5 hours). Then, take a flight to ZJJ (about 2 hours). Good luck! :)
