About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Hi, I wanna get a driver's license ( less than 3 months) at PEK how long does it take to get it?

I will arrive at 5am and I have a connection flight at 9:30... is that enough time? ... Also what papers do I need... passport,2 pics, my country's drivers license .. and thats it?

Generally, it only takes ten minutes to get one, but the auto administration office starts operating on 09:00. I'm afraid you will miss that for your flight leaves at 09:30.
