chinese tourist visa application in nepal

Question

hey folks, am looking to go to china in a few weeks, and am swimming through the application here in nepal… do i definitely need a purchased roundtrip ticket to obtain a tourist type?  can the itinerary be rough, or do i really need to obtain reservations for my whole time there? and lastly, it seems i need a bank statement- is that true? (difficult for me here in nepal)  many thanks for your replies ; )

You need to provide the round trip tickets to China if you cannot provide an invitationl letter. The itinerary can be in rough and the hotel booking confirmation need to cover at least half of your journey. If you cannot provide a bank statement, you may try to provide something to show your financial situation and you still need to provide your proof of legal status in Nepal and your personal statement.
