Hi if I buy a ticket from an agency can I refund it? I buy a train ticket from Suzhou North to Nanjing South can I refund it from Suzhou station?

if you have already get the paper ticket, you can refund it at any one railway station. but if you do not get paper ticket, you can cancel the booking and get the money back from your agency.
