About:Changsha Metro

Is the changsha railway station -> south railway station suwbay already open?

I Arrive at 13:00 by bus at CS railway station than start at 14:30 from south railway station by train is it manageable?

Yes, the metro line between the two train stations has been put into use. It takes around 25min to travel, so you can of course catch your next train. Don't worry!
