You just need to tell your airline company that you want to enjoy this policy before you board the plane. Then they will help you to arrange well in advance. Upon reaching Guangzhou, you just need to 72-hour free transit counter for getting a stay permit stamp with your passport and your confirm seats flight tickts to Ho Chi Minh and then you can get out of the airport.
