L visa application from Adelaide South Australia

i am travelling with s&n tours and need to get a travel visa for 7th september for a 10 day tour of China. I live in Adelaide south Australia. I am a permanent resident here but a British citizen. I have all my tickets and itinerary now. There is no embassy in Adelaide so where do I send my forms and passport to?? thanks lindsay
