Visa Application - Adelaide, South Australia

Hi I am in Adelaide, South Australia. I need to apply for a visa to travel to China. I can't seem to get passed the online request to upload a photo and because of that I cannot progress to the next section to finalise my electronic application. May you please assist and where do I go to submit my application as my travel has been booked for 25/5/24 departure. Please urgently assist. Happy to speak to someone to step me through the process if that is easier also.

I think it's because the photo you uploaded does not satisfy the following requirements:
1. It must be a color photo, taken recently within the last 6 months.
2. Photo size: 48mm*33mm, width of head:15mm to 22mm, eight of head: 20mm to 33mm.
3. It should be easy to identify the applicant by the photo.
4. Facial features should be complete and clearly visible.
5. Background should be in white or close to white, and with no edge frame.
