Minimum age requirement for foreigner

I am from France originally. I am living in China for 2 years. I am 20 years of age and my girlfriend who is a Chinese citizen is 24 years old. So, I think she is eligible to get married in China. but can I get married with her as I am 20? it's good for me if I marry to her this year. please guide.
