Best way from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport to the Courtyard by Marriott SH

What is the best way for me to get from the SH Hongqiao Airport to the Courtyard by Marriott located at 338 Hengfeng Road?

You can take the subway line 10 from the airport and get off at the South Shaanxi Rd. then transfer to line 1 and get off at Hanzhong Rd. get out from the Exit 4 and walk about 450 meters to the hotel.
